Laminated Flooring

It is a 100% natural product obtained by laminating solid wood layers in two or three layers at an angle of 90 degrees to each other. Generally any low value wood or plywood is used for the lower layers. The most commonly used tree species in this layer is rubberwood in English and its botanical name is Hevea brasiliensis. In the upper layer, the tree itself is located.

The reason why laminated parquet is more expensive than solid parquet is the use of a production technology with a much higher cost to the manufacturer than solid parquet, and it can be polished, painted, aged, etc. available with options. In solid parquet, such surface treatments and materials are outsourced and applied.

The word “laminated” in laminated parquet means bonding and refers to a material made up of layers that adhere to each other. The top layer thickness in standard laminated flooring is around 3-6 mm. Non-standard laminated parquets, which have recently entered the market and in order to gain a place in the market and to reach more sales figures, are produced by using 1-2 mm thick papel coatings on plywood. Unfortunately, a laminated parquet with 1-2 mm thick real wood cannot even give the real texture of the tree. Unfortunately, in our country, consumers are making a big mistake by acting with the logic of buying cheap products. In addition, laminated parquets with a thickness of 1-2 mm or even 2.5 mm complete their life after they are wiped once or twice, because now it is down to the tree in the lowest layer. For this reason, the thickness of the tree in the upper layer should be considered in the selection of laminated parquet.

Another factor to be considered in the selection of laminate flooring is that whether it is a single piece (plank) or three piece (3-strip), when the pieces are joined side by side, there is no level difference between them and the pieces are tightly clamped to each other. Otherwise, in the slightest element of wetness, water particles will infiltrate between the wood and cause it to work.

Laminated wooden parquet flooring cost produced as two layers are a more flexible material than three-layer laminated parquets. This material should be preferred in places where there are problems with the ground. For this reason, two-layer laminated parquet should be applied by sticking to the floor, the method defined as floating system should not be applied. Otherwise, the problem of producing sound may be encountered in the application area, as in laminate flooring.

Laminate flooring is ready to be installed with a polished or oiled surface. It does not require scraping and polishing after the first laying, but it can be scraped many times like solid parquets. Laminated parquet is a quality, long-lasting and natural flooring material. This product, which has the capacity to meet the demands of all kinds of users, differs from traditional floor coverings with its advantages such as fast and easy installation, ready to use, durable and high quality polish.

Laminated Flooring is Natural

It is a healthy, ergonomic and decorative floor covering material created by combining 3 layers of completely natural wood materials under heat and pressure, forming a right angle to each other.

Top layer: It is a 3.5 mm thick layer made of wood (oak, maple, merbau, etc.) that gives the parquet its name.
Bottom and Middle Layer: It is the wood material that provides the laminated parquet feature and forms the substrate.

Laminated Flooring is Ready to Use

Laminated parquets come out of their packages as polished and ready to use. Each piece of parquet has special recesses and protrusions to match other pieces. For this reason, laminated parquets are laid quickly, and after they are laid, they can be used immediately, since they do not need to be polished.

Assembly Time is Easy and Short

Since all kinds of processing of the material in the laminated parquet are made in the factory before it is ready for use and packed, the assembly process can be completed in one day for a medium-sized flat (80 m²) and the parquet is ready for use the next day. The application process takes 8-9 days shorter than solid parquet.

Swelling of the parquets is not in question

In laminate flooring. No blistering, even in case of excessive water or moisture

Surface Quality is Perfect

Since the manufacturing technique of laminated parquets is laminated to the water and street of the parts (perpendicular to each other), there is no study. There are no unpleasant images on the surface either. A few layers of sandpaper are first applied to the material in vending machines. Then calibration is done. Then, 6 layers of UV filler and polish are applied to the surface in vending machine polishing machines. Therefore, a very perfect surface is obtained because all the processes of laminated flooring are done in automatic machines.

Does Not Change Color
Since the polishing process in laminated parquets is done in the factory and then packaged, the user decides by seeing the pattern, color and final form of the parquet he will prefer. You will not encounter any surprises. The material you like will come out of the package.

Easy to Repair
When it is necessary to make repairs in any part of the laminated parquet being used; It is only possible to do this operation in that region in a very short time and at very little cost.
